Our baby boy arrived on Sept 16th at 5:45 p.m. weighing in a 9lbs 6oz and 21 inches long. After 20 hours of labor I decided to have a c-section.....I was so tired and couldn't wait to meet my little man.

Today is the day!

Well.....we go in tonight at 10:00 p.m. to get induced! I am at work right now trying to keep my mind off of the induction, but I am sure once I get outta here I will start to get anxious! I am ready to have normal feet, be able to sleep comfortably (even if it is for shorter periods of time), and meet my baby! I will make sure to get one final belly picture before we go! Wow, time flies.....

September 16th....

We went to my 38 week appointment yesterday.....and we found out alot of info. At the appointment we got another sonogram to find out that Baby G is OFF the charts! She was taking each measurment about 3 times before she could get it to register. The computer calculated his weight to be 9lbs 7 oz. WOW! I know they can be off....but Dr. Dameron is pretty positive this is accurate b/c he has been measuring big the entire time...and so has my stomach (now at 42 weeks). I have really started to become uncomfortable...I wonder why?

I think he looks like Blake's baby pictures, so we will see.....hopefully soon!

As of yesterday I am still not dilated and about 50-60% efaced. So Dr. D wants to wait until next week to schedule the induction to hopefully get my cervix dilated. No matter what we have a scheduled induction for Monday Sept.15. We are going in at 10 p.m....so hopefully his birthday will be Sept 16! I really want to have this baby naturally so this is the route we have chosen. Dr. D said because of his size if I get to freaked out about it I could have a c-section right off the bat or even at the end of the week. I am going to stick to my original plan and be induced and see what happens from there! Pray for me to get dilated!!! I am so ready to have this little (big) boy!

A preview of the nursery......did I mention that green

is the hardest paint color to "master." I never have

problems with that kind of stuff....but for the light green

walls I had to try 2 different colors before I found the

right shade.

Bathroom remodel...yeah!

The finished product...it took a couples months...but it was worth it!

Just imagine how small our bathroom was a couple months ago.
This will definitly be better for all 3 of us!

Update.....

So I just spent about 2 maybe even 3 hours trying to get my blog back to the way it was before plus adding a new template. After much research I finally upgraded my blog....i found the solution to my problem on google.

Anyway.....I went to the doctor yesterday still no dilation....so that means a sonogram next Tuesday to see how he is really doing! I was bummed yesterday, but we still don't know when he is going to come...maybe he will suprise us!
