This week...

This week Clayton has started putting two words together when he talks. He recently started saying bye/hi daddy/momma and oh no. He has been saying Uh Oh forever, but I don't think that really counts because every kid says it early!

He has the word NO down pat. Every morning we have to wake him up to get ready for school...and he just lays there and won't get up. I ask him if I can change his diaper and get him dressed....and he just says NO so cute! He says it kinda sad to, so that makes it cuter. (We still find it cute, I bet in a month or so I won't think it is :-).

Also, yesterday when I picked him up from school the teacher told me that she SWEARS Clayton said "I put it up there." As clear as day. He said it when someone was trying to take his sippy cup from him and he wanted to put it in the sink. HA! No wonder why he is always putting his sippy in the sink at home....now I know! I wonder if he really said that....hmmmm.

Happy 5th Bday Evan!

Today was Evan's 5th bday party! I knew Clayton would have so much fun! He sat with the big boys and ate cake. He was even laughing at their jokes. Pretty cute!

Calvin was in charge and driving Clayton around. The whole time he was talking to him. It was so sweet.

Then it was Clayton's turn to drive. We were all standing there and he hoped on and pushed the petal. He didn't know how to steer...but he was driving. I didnt' think he could do it. I know what Clayton will be getting for his bday this year!

Stanford's finest....

My mom and I had our Miche Purse Party at the Stanford Community building and look what was across the street...Stanford's finest. They were out there all day (11-3) with no shirts on drinking beer. Everyone had to drive by to see them...so we were joking calling them Stanford's finest. (Check out the purses...they are awesome. You can change the shells to match different outfits, really who has time to change purses anymore? Perfect solution!)

Then Clayton and Logan were sick of being inside and were hot....so they took their shirts off and went outside.

So we were joking that they were Stanford's finest too....

Our Wedding Pic in a magazine.....what?

So i just randomly looked at Chanel's blog (our wedding photographer) and saw that her pics are in an ad in a magazine....and one pic is ours!

See our pic in the upper left hand corner! I have no idea what magazine this is...does anyone know? What a fun Friday find!

Blake and Clayton were flying kites. We both forgot how much fun it was! We both agreed we need to get him a bigger kite and do it on not so windy of a day!

Clayton's first egg hunt...

Alisha made an egg hunt for my entire family. Clayton's eggs were the bi colored ones that only he was allowed to get. He had so much fun egg hunting! I think the adults did too...thanks Alisha!

Fun at Logan's House

Clayton and I went over to Rhendy and Logan's house Friday night. It was on a whim...I was gone shopping all day, Blake was in the fields, so it was time for us to find something fun to do. The boys had so much fun playing. They go to school together on Friday's and it shows b/c by the end of the night they were sharing their "George" monkey, taking baths together, chasing each other, and saying cheese and smiling for the camera! We had a great time.

Everyday Clayton knows Blake is taking him to school. He goes outside to get his truck our and feed Odie....and every morning Clayton gets so sad that Blake is leaving. But then he comes back in to get him...and Clayton grabs his coat and starts saying Bye....and he usually blows me a kiss. Here is a video of him saying bye...so clear! No blowing kisses....he wouldn't do it!
