A little nervous...

Well we did it....we bought Clayton a 4 wheeler!  This morning Clayton and Blake went to get his birthday present...a 4 wheeler.

He was so so so excited about it.  But then when it was time to ride...

he got a little nervous.  We all got on and took it for a spin...it is an 80cc so a child/youth sized one, but I fit on it pretty good!

I am not sure if it was the noise or what...but Blake had to walk with him for him to ride it...

I bet this spring I won't be able to get him off of it!

Missing Daddy...

Today we had to run out to the field a lot...the boys miss their Daddy (and Uncle Sean)

All of these boys have my heart!  I am such a lucky gal!  They are all MINE!

Combines...

Every day after work/school Clayton races to get to the field.  Today we even packed his work boots so she could go straight out after school.  Boots and shorts are a perfect combo....ha!

Clayton is SO into farming this year.  He wants to be with the boys 24/7.  I love seeing his interest grow.  He is always ready to "go work" when they need his help.  :-)

both boys LOVE it...especially when they get underdogs.  Yes plural....Sawyer loves it when Clayton does it to him....of course under my supervision.

Grandpa's Funeral...

Today was my Grandpa's Funeral.  Last night was a nice visitation and today was a perfect day for a funeral.   The weather was beautiful and it was a good day to be with my family remembering Grandpa Scott.  Since we were all dressed nicely I thought it would be a nice time to get a picture of my Dad with us kids for a frame my Mom wanted a pic for.  I think it turned out fabulous. 

I had to get one with the hubster....  (why did I not notice the sunglasses on his head???)

We will miss you Grandpa Scott!  Thank you for all you have done for us...it will really be weird not having you around.

Perfect Day for a Birthday Party!!!

Today we had Clayton's birthday party at Rader Family Farms (aka the pumpkin patch).  Clayton chose the patio area....it was lovely!!!  I hope you enjoy the pic overload!

The theme of the party was Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.  Clayton loves Raph (the red one).  Now TMNT doesn't really go with a pumpkin patch...but it is his birthday so I was trying to let go for once...and it made it pretty easy actually!

Grammie Patty and Marin had quite the time trying to get their pipe moving...

Clayton actually kicked me off.  I was jumping way to high I guess and making him fall.  I was getting a little carried away and bouncing Alisha a little to high.....oops.  I love that thing!

you tired yet???  There are so many neat things for the kids to do at the farm.  I am so glad Clayton picked this place for his party.  We were there from 10-2 and the kids wanted to stay longer.  It is so nice to have it so close to home.
