I think this was hands down the best grad party I have ever been to. We all had so much fun, good food, good drinks, and great music. My dad said this will be an annual thing! I hope so...so much fun!

Congrats Nurses!

Today Taylor and Kaitlin graduated from nursing school. Both will be working at St. Francis, Taylor on the general surgery floor, and Kaitlin on labor and delivery!

The ceremony was nice...but 3 hours long. Blake was lucky he got to stay home with our sick little guy. Okay so he really wasn't sick, but I thought he might be contagious...so they lucked out and stayed home!

Then we celebrated with Kaitlin's family at Johnny's Italian Steakhouse in Peoria. It was a wonderful meal! What a special day...

Sickly...

Today Clayton woke up hot and clingy to me...yep he is sick. So I took the whole day off work and took him to doctor (love it). Thank goodness he didn't have that hand, foot, and mouth disease...but he has some kind of throat infection. He was okay enough to do a few errands...as long as he had his sucker. Doesn't he look so sad?

After C's nap, my mom picked us up and we went and got some bushes/flowers for their landscaping. Of course at Grieder's!

Her Edge was jam packed! Clayton thought he was cool surrounded by flowers..some fresh air did him good!

Operation: Rhendy's first 5K...Mission Accomplished!

Yes I am holding a trophy and somehow I got first place in my age group (20-29)! Wow what a great way to start my bday! I also got my PR at this race...right at 28 minutes. This was a smaller race, so finishing after me was Alisha (2nd) then Rhendy (3rd)! What fun!

Auntie Tay Tay watched the boys while we ran. They had a great time at Tipton Park, we will have to go again when it is hot outside.

Clayton has become quite the helper these days with cleaning. You give him some spray and a rag...and his is occupied for hours! He begged my mom to help her clean the hot tub. I wonder how long this will last?

We had a wonderful Mother's Day and enjoyed the weather with a cookout. It is what we pretty much do every Sunday so it was relaxing. Blake tried to get a pic of me and Clayton, but they didn't turn out. He is so hard to photograph these days...

Happy Mothers Day to all those mothers out there! I know it is the best job on earth. :-)

Congrats BR!

Blake, Clayton, and I went to Brandon's graduation party from Dental school on Sat. We had such a great time...even though it was FREEZING out! We are so lucky to have such great friends! This is the best picture we got of us and our little men....if only Henry was looking!

Cinco de Mayo

So on Cinco de Mayo I made tacos for dinner...I never make tacos for dinner...why I have no idea? And NO I didn't make tacos just because it was Cinco de Mayo, it was just a coincidence. :-)

I didn't even think about actually making Clayton a taco, then he was begging me for mine, so I made him one. He loved it!

He just thought he was so cool eating like a big boy!

Fish face...

Mr Clayton has his first signs of asthma. Blake has it, my brother has it, seems like everyone has it. I am not liking the idea that my son might have it. I took him to the doctor today and sure enough he needs to be on Claritin and do breathing treatments. At least they gave us this cute fish face mask to use.

He did really well and didn't fuss once. Hopefully he will be like this everytime!!
