Play Date!

Rhendy and Logan hosted a play date at their new house. It was a lot of fun to see how all the babies have changed. Logan and Audrey can crawl and stand very well. Clayton was so frustrated that he couldn't get to them. Clayton can't stand totally by himself. As you can tell he is leaning over really far b/c the table was a little short for him. He then sat down and could still reach all the toys. What a smart boy.

Clayton is saying "Mommy I think I need some pedipeds too....Just like my best friend Logy!" He loves Logan. They kiss and hug each other.....so cute!!!!

Great Memorial Day weekend...

Clayton and my mom had a great time Sunday playing in Uncle Sean's farm jeep. They were driving, honking the horn, and waving at people all at the same time. What a talented driver :-) !

On Saturday we went up to visit our friends Kelly and Brandon to celebrate Kelly's graduation from optomotry school. WOOHOO Dr. Kelly Klein (I am set for life!). Clayton got to take his first hayrack ride to see their new house. It was so much fun! Of course Clayton had a ball even though we didn't get home until 1 a.m. He is always up for anything. I was obviously still on Cali time b/c I never stay up that late!!!

Where in the world is my mommy?

Hunting Beach CA!!!! Okay so it was an amazing time....but one thing was missing.....okay maybe two! I missed my boys so much! I had the opportunity to go out to HB for a Finance and Control conference for Nestle. It was a great networking opportunity and a rewarding experience. On Wednesday we built a huge playground start to finish for an organization that helps homeless families. Seeing those children light up when it was finished was priceless. It truly touched my heart. We ate lunch/dinner here everyday. Talk about amazing!

We also got a few hours here and there by this pool (this resort was amazing)........Blake told me eveything was under control at home and to enjoy myself....so I sure did. I kept myself busy to not miss my baby!

On Friday I got off the plane and drove to switch cars with Blake and headed straight to daycare to see my little man. The smile on his face and his excitement made me realize how much I really did miss him.....he hasn't left my side since. I am grateful to have an awesome husband to take over when I am gone. We make a great team.

Before the wedding Clayton and I had a wonderful day. He is starting to get up on all fours and rock....I am not ready for that! Blake says he will be mobile when I am gone this week in CA...I hope not!!!

Happy birthday to me (and Sean of course).

This is my birthday present from Blake. He came home and said I can't get your present out of my truck b/c the rain.....b/c it I am going to make you a "bed of roses"...well for some reason I thought he meant put roses on our bed....but then I figured it out right away that he got me 3 Double Knockout rose bushes. They are beautiful!!!! I have wanted them forever....what an awesome present. When I get back from CA I get to pick out some more plants to go in this bed....so I am so excited for that!!!!

For my birthday we went to Logan's Roadhouse with my family. Clayton does not get his eyes from me...thats for sure! I think he is starting to look more like Blake everyday!

My mothers day present...

We had an awesome time on Mother's Day going to church and doing lunch with Patty....then spending the rest of the afternoon with my family. Of course the best present I got was being a mother and celebrating it with my family!

Farming begins finally!

Blake has finally gotten in the fields. Clayton and I went to go take him dinner/ride in the tractor. He was asleep in 10 minutes! (He looks sleepy before we even started riding :-) ).

Our friends came over and the boys played in the JD gator seats. It is fun to see them interact more and more everytime we are together. All of us agree that these two will be trouble in a couple of years!
