Bear Bottoms

Today we met up with friends at Bear Bottoms!!  This baby was SO SO SO mad he couldn't got down the water slide....look at that face.

Swimming made it a little better!

We love this place....Water slides all day for $10...we will take it!  I am sure next year Sawyer will be joining the big boys....scary thought! 

Rainy Day

On this rainy day Captain Ron's was a must!!!  The kids enjoyed as, as did the adults.  It was kinda nice to have the whole place to ourselves,

A WHOLE WEEK!

We made it down to the Lake house for a WHOLE WEEK!  WHAT???  I finally talked Blake into it!

Cheers to a week of vacation!  (Minus the fact that I will be studying the Patronage calculation while laying out every day.  I seem to never truly turn off from work.  But that's okay, hard work now will pay off in years to come.)

Tonight we celebrated with the Schmidt's for the Central IL Ag's grand reopening!  They had a fire that destroyed their building and are now opening the new one.  We are with Dick Schmidt a great family friend!!!!

Brushville played.  It was really nice to have a night out with Blake.  It seems this summer we haven't done too much of that!

Summer Fun!

The boys and I like to go into Stanford and run/ride bikes.  I have to push Sawyer in the stroller which is quite the feat with not a lot of sidewalks and not level roads!!!!

He has been working on potty training....you can usually find him in plastic pants!

Rarely happens this days.  These summer days wear him out!

Stanford Good Old Days!

Today wore Clayton out! I told him he needed to nap if he wanted to have friends over for fireworks later!

We enjoyed a day of swimming with the Deterdings!

In the morning Clayton did the tractor pulls!  He loves them.  He told me I got in his way taking pics.....oops!

We had to check out the fire trucks!

Clayton wasn't sure about the bike races.  He ended up not doing it.  I think he was intimated by the older boys!
